Designed to help prevent blister, chafing & hot spot formation.

Easily conforms to skin & stays on for up to seven daysUltra-duarable, flexible & breathable

Boots Blister Prevention Tape stays in place and contours easily to the skin to allow full mobility.

How to use

To apply:
1. Ensure skin is clean, dry and free from lotions/oils.
2. Remove a patch of blister tape and gently stretch the patch to lift the release paper and expose half of the adhesive side of the tape.
3. Gently press the half-exposed part of the tape onto the skin to be protected.
4. Avoid touching the adhesive side of the patch.
5. Remove the remaining release paper and press the patch down firmly,
particularly around the edges.
6. Patch may be left in place for up to 7 days, before replacing.

To remove:
1. Starting at the edges, gently peel the patch away from the skin.
2. Wash the skin with soap/warm water to remove any adhesive residue.
