What does it do?

Evening Primrose Oil is a naturally-sourced ingredient derived from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant indigenous to North America. The seeds produce an oil rich in nutritious Omega 6 fatty acids GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) and LA (Linoleic Acid). Our high strength formula also includes Vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Free from Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free. Suitable for those following a Vegetarian or Vegan diet.

How to use

Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose.
