- Regular - 6-9g absorbency light to medium flow
- Super - 9-12g absorbency medium to heavy flow
- Super Plus - 12-15g absorbency heavy flow

How to use
Always use the lowest absorbency/size of tampon for your flow (please read leaflet inside). Always change your tampon every 4-8 hours or more often if needed. Always remember to remove your last tampon.
To dispose: wrap your used tampon in toilet paper and dispose with non-recyclable waste. This product must not be flushed or put into bins for recyclable or compostable waste.
