This eyebrow primer will tame and soften your hairs, making them easier to shape to your preferred style.
How to use
Apply eyebrow primer across the entire eyebrow. Use a spoolie brush to comb through the eyebrow to create a base for eyebrow color or powder application.

Store in a cool, dry place away from children. If product gets into the eyes rinse will with water immediately.
