Product details
It is estimated that over half the population in the UK has at least mild over pronation of the foot.
What is over pronation?
This is when the foot rolls over too much when walking or running. This is the single most common factor in running injuries and knee, heel, foot, arch, shin and most commonly back pain.
The Boots Heel Pain Relievers are designed to help relieve heel pain which occurs when walking or running. As the foot flattens on the ground, the arch of the foot will flatten and lengthen. This may stretch and strain ligaments that support the arch and can lead tostress and inflammation of the tissues. Heel pain is often worse after rest or first thing in the morning and if left untreated can develop into a heel spur.
Designed to fit comfortably in any shoe, each orthotic is made with anti bacterial fabric to help control foot odour at source.
How to use
It is recommended that you wear your orthotics gradually. begin wearing for one hour on the first day and then build up by one hour each day therafter. Minor aches and pains are common during the adjustment period but will resolve within 2 weeks.
