Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 & Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium & Vitamin D helps to reduce the loss of bone mineral density in post-menopausal women post over 50 years old. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures*. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Zinc for the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Pantothenic Acid to support mental performance. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.

*The beneficial effect is obtained with 1200mg of Calcium and 20 µg of Vitamin D from all sources.
