Three easy steps, to healthy teeth & gums:
- 1 Brush well with a fluoride toothpaste, at least twice a day, for two minutes.
- 2 Clean between your teeth with interdental brushes or dental floss/tape at least once a day.

Splayed bristles can damage gums; we recommend you replace your toothbrush every 3 months or when the bristles become splayed or the indicator bristles have faded, whichever happens first.
