How to use

WAYS TO ENJOY

Make your perfect drink by mixing 3 flat scoops of powder (30 g) with 250 ml of water, or your favourite milk, and shake well. Our Whey Protein can also be enjoyed in a tasty smoothie:

• 3 flat scoops of Boots Whey Protein Powder


• A handful of strawberries (150g), raspberries (100g) & blueberries (60g)


• 100 ml almond milk


• Ice (optional)
