The ingredient that makes Disprin Original work (the active ingredient) is Aspirin. Aspirin belongs to a group of medicines known as non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works to relieve pain and inflammation.
Disprin Original can be used to:
- Relieve mild to moderate pain (such as headache, toothache and nerve pain).
- Reduce temperature and inflammation, such as lower back pain.
- Relief in upper respiratory tract infections.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults and children 16 years and over:
1-2 tablets. The dose may be repeated every 4 hours, if needed. Do not take more than 12 tablets in 24 hours.
Elderly:
Use with care as elderly patients are more prone to side effects.
Children under 16:
Do not give, unless directed by doctor.
- Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist have told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- For oral use. Oral administration after dissolution in water.
- Patients who suffer from liver or kidney problems should seek the advice of a doctor before taking this product.
- If you take more than you should, contact a doctor at once.
Warning - Do not exceed stated dose

Storage
Store below 25°C. Store in the original container to protect from light. Do not use after the expiry date (EXP) shown on the blister or carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
