How to use
How to use:
Please read the instruction manual before using this product for full set up and usage instructions.
After setting date, time and measurement unit:
Apply the cuff:
- After removing all jewellery such as watches or bracelets from your left arm, roll or push up your sleeves to expose the skin. Make sure your sleeve is not too tight.
- Hold your arm with your palm facing up and tie the cuff on your upper arm, making sure the Artery indicator is aligned with the main artery on the inside of your arm. Make sure the bottom edge of the cuff is 2-3cm above the inside elbow. Then wrap the cuff securely.
Start the Measurement:
1. When the monitor is off, press the START/STOP button to turn on the monitor. The measurement will start automatically.
2. After finishing the measurement, the display will show the results, and the cuff will automatically deflate.
3. Press the START/STOP button to power off, otherwise it will automatically turn off after 1 minute.
