Who am I for? My ingredients are suitable for all ages, from 6 months. The UK government advises that foods containing dairy should only be introduced into a baby's diet after 6 months.

How to use me? Squeeze me into a bowl or straight onto a spoon, please don't slurp me from the pouch. You can eat me as I am but I taste best cold. NEVER put my pouch in the microwave.
