How to use

When first using your Grass & Co. DREAM Reishi Capsules, we recommend you start low and go slow. Take the capsule with water at a time that works for you. Do not exceed the recommended limit of 2 capsules of the same mushroom type every 24 hours.

But, you can 'stack' the different Mushrooms such as FOCUS, BIOME and RELAX if you spread them across the day. Take care not to exceed the total recommended limit of 2,000mg (or 2g) of mushroom extract powder per day.

For best results, maintain your Grass & Co. Mushrooms routine daily.
