How to use

Adults: Add one tablet to a glass of water and allow to dissolve. To dissolve the tablet faster, use a small amount of hot water to begin and top up with cold water when the tablet has dissolved. 

Begin by taking one tablet daily. Increase this to a maximum of two tablets daily over time.
