How to use

Adults:

• 1 to 3 softgels per day, with food.
• Do not exceed a daily intake of 3 softgels.
• 3 softgels contain 2292 mg EPA, 708 mg DHA and 75 μg vitamin D3 (3000 IU, 1500% RI). Do not exceed a daily intake of 5g of EPA and DHA combined.
