Neo G Opti-Heal Silicone Multi Purpose Wound Dressing Pack 3 Opti-Heal Advanced Wound care has been clinically developed to provide hospital grade dressings for use at home. Opti-Heal dressings create a moist environment, which can help accelerate healing and reduce pain and scarring.
Opti-Heal Silicone Multi Purpose Dressings are excellent everyday solutions to minor surgical wounds, cuts, abrasions, skin tears or other wounds of light to moderate exudation. These dressings are ideal in instances where the application of a more absorbent dressing is not required. Excessive absorption can result in dry wounds which can cause scarring and additional pain.
The appropriately highly absorbent pad of the Silicone Multi Purpose Dressing holds fluid away from the skin to minimise skin maceration while remaining breathable; allowing excessive moisture to escape but preventing foreign liquid from entering. Appropriate levels of moisture are maintained at the wound site which can help accelerate healing with reduced pain and scarring.
Provides light to moderate drainage level, ideal for cuts, postsurgical wounds and abrasions. Excellent everyday solution for light to moderate exudating wounds. Ideal choice where excessive absorption would be detrimental to wound healing.
Adhesive silicone wound contact layer holds the dressing in place but does not damage the wound on removal and allows the dressing to be lifted for wound monitoring. Additionally, pain is reduced during dressing changes. Soft, flexible, breathable and showerproof, the Silicone Foam Absorbent Dressing can be worn for up to seven (7) days. Can help accelerate healing, with skin healing better, faster and with reduced scarring. Additionally, skin damage to surrounding tissue is decreased with less trauma and maceration resulting in a better user experience during wear with reduced pain.
The Silicone Multi Purpose Wound Dressing can be worn for up to seven (7) days. Contains three (3) sterile dressings – 80mm x 100mm. Click here to find out more

Remove the dressing from the sterile wrapper.
Remove the release films and place the dressing centrally over the wound site. Avoid touching the side to be used on the wound.
Smooth the dressing down over the skin.
The dressing can remain in place for up to 7 days dependent upon wound condition and exudate level but cannot be used continuously for more than 30 days.
Examine wound by carefully lifting a corner of the dressing. The dressing should be changed when significant signs of exudate are visible or can be seen pooling around the edge of the pad.
