Moisture Balancing Shampoo cleanses while concentrating hydration where it is needed most: throughout your strands' mid-lengths and ends. Our moisture-regulating formula leaves your hair smooth, shiny and manageable.
How to use
Apply to wet hair and lather, gently kneading the scalp for 60 seconds. Rinse well and repeat if necessary. Follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner and Scalp Toner.
