Who doesn’t love a warm, wholesome bowl of porridge? Ours is high in protein and fibre and made with Konjac to keep you fuller for longer. And at just 99 calories, with no added sugar, artificial colours or preservatives, it is the perfect way to kick-start your day.
How to use
Empty the sachet into a bowl or a mug, pour on approximately 120ml of boiling water (depending on how you like your porridge), mix for 15 seconds then leave to stand for 2 minutes to thicken. Stir and enjoy!
