What’s more, this Smudge Stick can be used as a classic pencil liner or as an eye shadow by simply smudging with your fingers or a brush. No sharpener is necessary, simply twist to propel and apply the instant colour-release formula.
How to use
Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow. For best use, remove the cap, twist counterclockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply. Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.
