Why use an electric toothbrush?
Taking good care of your teeth and mouth is essential because your oral health can directly affect your overall health†. An effective daily routine using a quality toothbrush such as Sonicare, alongside regular visits to the dentist, will help keep your teeth in top condition and help prevent the development of gum disease.
What is Sonicare?
Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes
Get everything you need for a healthy mouth and show your unique smile with Philips Sonicare. For superior results Sonicare products are designed and recommended with dental professionals. With over 100 years of healthcare expertise, Sonicare aims to give you confidence that you’re improving your oral health and more specifically your gum health in just two weeks.††
Our unique sonic motion gently drives fluid between the teeth, even in the hard-to-reach areas including the gum line, while our brush head uses 62,000 gentle movements per minute effectively removing plaque.
Power flossers
Enjoy an effortless, deep yet gentle clean versus manual flossing that thoroughly cleans between your teeth and improves gum health.
Our Power Flossers with Quad Stream technology helps you cover more area with less effort removing 99% of plaque in treated areas‡, while Pulse Wave technology gently guides you from tooth to tooth.
Philips Sonicare Power Flosser is an easy way to introduce consistent flossing into your routine.
Brush heads
All Philips Sonicare brush heads are safe and gentle on teeth and gums. During tests, each brush head is put through its paces to ensure durability and an exceptional performance every time you brush.
Brush heads become less effective after three months’ use, but if your toothbrush is BrushSync™ enabled you’ll be reminded before this happens. Your smart toothbrush will track how often and how hard you brush and will notify you when it’s time for a replacement. Don’t have a smart Philips Sonicare toothbrush? Just monitor your blue replacement bristles — when they turn white you’ll know it’s time for a fresh brush head.
What is Philips Dental Care Recycling Programme?
Every day, dental care products end up in landfill across the UK. At Philips we have partnered with recycling experts TerraCycle® to create a recycling programme for dental care products to put an end to this.
Therefore it’s now easier than ever to recycle your dental care products with us, for free.
What’s more, the waste you recycle with us helps to raise money for charitable organisations and schools. For more information click here: The Philips Dental Care Recycling Programme | TerraCycle® UK · TerraCycle
